We aim to have a Charity Breakast at St John's, Hook for our two nominated charities and also for Christian Aid. Typically they are held in March, June and September. They are held between 9 am and 11 am at St John's, and we provide bacon butties, croissants, fruit, yogurts, waffles, tea/coffee and juice.

When you've had your breakfast, why not join us in our Garden Maintenance Day (we are working in the garden from 10am-1pm - tidying up leaves, making sure the drains are clear from leaves, pruning etc).
Our nominated Charities are chosen by the Church every couple of years, we are currently supporting St Michael's Hospice & Ocean Stars Trust, and our christmas card donations for 2025 went towards these charities. Our charities are a local charity in the community - in this case St Michael's hospice, and a charity which is reaching out to those in need further afield - this time we are supporting Ocean Stars Trust which is empowering children through education in Sri Lanka.
