Each Parish has an Electoral Roll, and the Electoral Roll is being reviewed in March 2024 in Parish of HMR, and in April in Parish of Hook.
HMR: You have from 17th March, until 31st March to notify us of any changes or to ask to be added to the Electoral Roll for this year
Hook: You have from 30th March, until 13th April to notify us of any changes or to ask to be added to the Electoral Roll for this year.
Being on the Electoral Roll lets you attend the Annual APCM meetings and vote (although you can be on the Electoral Roll in both Hook and HMR as long as you meet the requirements, you can only be on the PCC and vote in one of the Parishes).

When you get an Electoral Roll form downloaded from this website or a paper copy from the Office, we will give you the latest version of our 'Keeping in Touch' form. If you attend our churches regularly we would love to keep in touch with you, please consider completing and returning the Keeping in Touch form, at the same time as joining the Electoral Roll - this will enable us to send you emails (if you are not already getting emails from us).
