Each Parish has an Electoral Roll, and the Electoral Roll is being reviewed in February 2025 in Parish of HMR and in the Parish of Hook.
Under the Church Representation rules a new Church Electoral Roll is being prepared which will take effect on the 9th of February and completed by the 12th of April 2025, so we would like to invite you all to be registered. The new form will be emailed to you, can be downloaded or alternatively speak to our Electoral roll officer, Susan Purchase (for Hook), Laura Preston (for HMR) or one of the clergy.
Being on the Electoral Roll lets you attend the Annual APCM meetings and vote (although you can be on the Electoral Roll in both Hook and HMR as long as you meet the requirements, you can only be on the PCC and vote in one of the Parishes).
Please click on image for the parishes below, for more information for that parish, including the contact details of the Electoral Roll officer (who you can contact for more information, or to add or remove your name from the Electoral Roll). See our FAQ page to see any answers to any questions you might have with respect to the Electoral Roll.
When you get an Electoral Roll form downloaded from this website or a paper copy from the Office, we will give you the latest version of our 'Keeping in Touch' form. If you attend our churches regularly we would love to keep in touch with you, please consider completing and returning the Keeping in Touch form, at the same time as joining the Electoral Roll - this will enable us to send you emails (if you are not already getting emails from us).
